Our Restaurant Managers are the guardians of the Nando’s experience for our guests and our people. They are instrumental in embodying our strong culture while developing the next generation of restaurant leaders. In this role, Restaurant Managers ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably. Like all Nando’s team members, they are expected to wear multiple hats, seek opportunities for improvement, and be good team players.

Lead Your Team
  • Inspire confidence in your team and peers
  • Engage with guests and Nandocas to build relationships
  • Train and develop Nandocas for greater responsibility
  • Provide feedback, coaching, and manage disciplinary actions
  • Set goals with Nandocas
  • Maintain professional language and demeanor
  • Delegate tasks effectively
Manage Your Business
  • Lead shifts to meet food safety and operational standards
  • Understand basic restaurant financials
  • Ensure safety and security of the team and restaurant
