Golfpark Strelasund GmbH & Co. KG, located at the Frettwurst inn on our golf course in Kaschow, Vorpommern, seeks a Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) to lead daily restaurant operations and guest service with skill and creativity.

The role requires completed vocational training in hotels or restaurants, extensive gastronomy experience, strong leadership and service orientation, and a proactive, flexible approach. You will manage rota planning, onboarding, wine and beverage selection, and ensure HACCP

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in hotels or restaurants.
• Many years of professional experience in gastronomy, hotels or restaurant management.
• Experience in a comparable leadership position is ideal.
• Strong service orientation and high quality standards.
• Joy in active participation in the restaurant.
• A positive aura and enthusiasm.
• Friendly, safe, and professional demeanor.

• Good knowledge of stock management and till systems.
• Driving licence category B is an advantage.

The Golfpark Strelasund is seeking a Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) for the rustic country inn Frettwurst, located on our magnificent golf course, as soon as possible!

The Family-run Golfpark Strelasund lies idyllically in Kaschow in Vorpommern – conveniently located between Stralsund and Greifswald. Our resort features two 18-hole golf courses, a hotel with a spa area, and the rural inn Frettwurst, the bar Anna's Corner, a footgolf course, meeting and event rooms, and holiday apartments.

For our charming country inn Frettwurst, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect, who will manage the restaurant operations with skill and creativity.

Management and organisation of restaurant operations at Frettwurst Country Inn

Active participation in the restaurant, in service and in daily operations

Leadership, Motivation and Guidance of the Restaurant Team

Rota planning and holiday planning

Onboarding and training of new employees and apprentices

Ensuring a high standard of service and quality

Checking of the mise en place and monitoring of the processes

Compliance and control of Hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP

Support with goods ordering, warehousing and goods control

Participation in Offer design, Pricing as well Wine and beverage selection

Ensuring high guest satisfaction and a warm, professional service experience

Your profile

Completed vocational training in Hotels or restaurants

Many years of professional experience in Gastronomy, Hotels or Restaurant Management

Ideally, experience in a comparable leadership position

Strong service orientation and high quality standards

Joy in active participation in the restaurant

A positive aura and enthusiasm

Friendly, safe, and professional demeanour

Teamwork, strong communication skills, and organisational talent
