Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to motivate a team to meet high standards.
• Understanding of food safety standards and the ability to maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant.
• A passion for guest service and the ability to consistently meet The Breakers' standards.

Job Summary
