Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties at any station in the kitchen or service area.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in running the restaurant efficiently.
• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for the company.
• Ensure responsive and courteous service for all guests.
• Control cash and receipts according to restaurant procedures.
• Develop staff through training and create a positive environment.

Skills
