Job summary

A leading restaurant chain is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences and assist in operational excellence. This role involves ensuring all procedures are followed, managing cash handling, and leading staff development. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask. The position is physically demanding, requiring mobility and the ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the duration of the workday.
• Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for the company.
• Ensure that all Guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service.
• Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Prepare all required paperwork, forms and reports in an organized and timely manner.

Education
