Job summary

Flynn Group, the largest Applebee's franchise operator, seeks an Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and inspire a guest-focused team. You will be a hands-on leader, capable of solving problems quickly and promoting company values.

You will schedule staff, manage inventory, ensure safety and sanitation, and coach employees through training programs to deliver consistent, high-quality service at Flynn Applebee's locations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years restaurant management experience.
• Serve Safe Food and Serve Safe Alcohol certifications preferred.
• Willing to work in all restaurant positions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Cultivates a culture aligned with Flynn Applebee's core values.
• Manages staffing schedules to meet sales demands.
• Maintains inventory and sanitation standards.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws and safety guidelines.
• Prepares and submits daily paperwork.
