Job summary

Flynn Applebee's is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the restaurant. You will be a team leader, solve problems, handle stress, and ensure guests and staff are passionate about their experience every day.

You will schedule staff, maintain safety and sanitation, control costs, train new managers, and develop employees through performance reviews and coaching, while upholding Flynn Applebee's standards and policies.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years restaurant management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely, friendly service according to company guidelines.
• Cultivates a culture in accordance with Flynn Applebee's Premier Card of our core values.
• Maintains departmental inventory levels.
• Effectively schedules employees to meet sales demands.
• Maintains effective safety and security programs.
• Promotes and leads restaurant organization, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Drives bi-weekly / weekly food and liquor inventories at the AD/GM's request and is accountable for completion.
