You will implement the sales plan, recruit and develop Team Members, ensure a clean, safe, and energy-efficient operation, and keep the store customer-ready.

This role includes leadership development, training, and a path through a skills program with certifications.

Responsibilities

• Protects and promotes the Whataburger Brand at all times.
• Schedules training as directed by the unit's staffing plan.
• Maintains professional relationships with Team Members and treats them with fairness.
• Communicates harassment and policy-violation concerns to leadership.
• Prepares and presents ideas and recommendations to Team Members and upper management.
• Communicates directions clearly and follows up on actions.
