Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience as a dining room manager, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide guests with exceptional service and value.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, schedule, and develop FOH employees.
• Write and post FOH weekly schedules and set service goals.
• Greet guests, process checks, and resolve customer complaints.
