Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and deliver high-quality seafood and beverage service. You will hire, train and inspire the people that make your restaurant stand out, while ensuring safe food handling, policy compliance, and strong performance across the team to achieve sales goals.

You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and coaching, and you will be responsible for maintaining a positive, fun work

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business.
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Create a FUN safe environment for team members to develop.
• Ensure compliance with all employment policies.
• Manage performance of team members, including conducting performance evaluations, training, coaching, and discipline.
• Select top talent to add to our winning team.
• Understand, and practice safe food handling procedures while maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests at all times
