Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring an exceptional Restaurant Manager for our Hardee’s location.

You will operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, lead and motivate the team, and ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness to drive profitability. Responsibilities include interviewing and hiring staff, scheduling, training crew, maintaining inventory and cost controls, and ensuring compliance with HR, sanitation, and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Able to lead, train and develop talent.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Loves Serving and Helping Others.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow and manage labor costs.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the GM.
• Maintain relationships with management and crew; provide coaching.
• Lead meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety.
• Control inventory and maintain food cost variance standard.
• Keep reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper procedures.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Maintain appearance and professionalism.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety policies.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
