Responsibilities

• Manages labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Performs monthly budget and P&L review with the GM/DM guidance.
• Promotes customer satisfaction and builds sales.
• Monitors food costs and prevents waste and theft.
• Trains and develops crew and new managers.
• Directs customer service and training to improve service times and courtesy.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and executes the cleaning plan.
• Ensures proper execution of standards and procedures during shifts.
• Oversees inventory, intake deliveries, and security of cash and equipment.
