Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company in McKinney, TX is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership in QSR, retail or hospitality to run daily operations, develop a strong team, drive sales and ensure excellent guest experiences.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, and back-office processes, coach staff, and collaborate with store leadership to maintain standards. Flexible scheduling and bonus eligibility are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in leadership roles in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
