Pizza Properties, Inc. is seeking a Pizza Manager for our Lubbock location to oversee the operations of a busy restaurant. You'll lead a team of 20 to 45 members, ensuring excellent service standards and motivating staff for peak performance during various shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Pass the Company’s background process.
• No visible tattoos on the head, neck or face above the uniform.

Responsibilities

• Overall operation of a single restaurant ensuring desired outcomes.
• Motivate and direct team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Assume full accountability for profit and loss management.

Skills

Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
