Job summary

North Italia is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Huntsville, AL to lead daily operations and guest experience in a high-volume setting. The role requires managing shifts, scheduling, and coordinating with the kitchen to maintain quality and service standards.

You will train and coach staff, uphold safety and cleanliness, and drive continuous improvement while working closely with the General Manager. Competitive compensation and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-service, high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of business operations and financials.
• Strong communication skills.
• Dependable, reliable, and motivated.
• Able to work ten-hour plus shifts and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage shifts, scheduling, and daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain high standards of guest experience, including wine knowledge and food quality.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to evaluate prep levels and quality before shifts.
• Lead and coach the restaurant team to foster continuous improvement.
