Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Ohio to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead staff, and ensure exceptional service and food quality.

The role requires 3+ years of full-service restaurant management, strong leadership, and knowledge of food safety standards. You will supervise scheduling, inventory, and guest relations while driving sales and coordinating catering events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team and deliver superior customer service.
• Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures.
• Greet customers and resolve issues to ensure excellent service.
• Train and schedule staff; manage shifts and tasks.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness.
• Coordinate with kitchen for efficient food prep and timely service.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and SOPs.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Coordinate catering events and banquets.
