Job summary

Rosati’s Pizza is seeking a Manager to lead all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring a high-quality menu and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service. You will oversee revenue, profitability, and quality goals while maintaining efficient operations and high production standards.

You’ll need management experience in both front and back of house, hire staff, set schedules, supervise food prep, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Manager in restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people skills; experience managing front- and back-of-house.
• Ability to motivate staff and maintain high service standards.
