Schulte Hospitialty Group is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team in Baton Rouge. You will lead front-of-house operations, train staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; post-high-school education preferred.
• Minimum of two years food and beverage supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage front-of-house operations for restaurant/hotel.
• Provide training, direction and hands-on support to staff.
• Direct associates and supervisors to meet F&B goals and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure safe, hygienic preparation of food and beverages; meet brand standards.
• Hire and train service staff; manage bi-weekly payroll and MOD coverage.
• Foster positive team environment and resolve conflicts as needed.
