Qualifications

• 3+ years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• Ability to train others on Shack operations and champion hospitality.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills with a focus on excellence.
• Solid understanding of financials and P&L responsibilities (3+ years).
• Food handler certification preferred and willingness to work flexible hours.
