General Hotels Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Manager for the Crowne Plaza Union Station in Indianapolis. The role oversees all food and beverage operations, drives guest satisfaction, and leads a high-performing team in a fast-paced hotel setting.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and a track record of optimizing costs, inventory, and service standards, while maintaining compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, inventory and F&B cost, and labor management.
• Ability to comply with health department standards and certifications.
• Strong communication and listening skills; clear speaking, reading and writing abilities.
• Reliability, flexibility, and ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage all food and beverage operations.
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
• Maximize sales and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company standards.
• Recruit, manage, train, and develop the F&B team.
• Work within budgeted food, liquor, payroll costs; control inventories.
