Job summary

Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, speed, and quality. You will coach a large team, manage goals across sales and labor, and uphold food safety and brand standards.

You’ll be based in your home restaurant with opportunities to support neighboring locations and participate in leadership sessions that help you grow within the Whataburger organization.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• Open availability, including overnights, weekends, holidays, variable hours, and dependable attendance.
• Stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 55 lbs., and meet physical demands.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience.
• ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability at minimum levels in residence state.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, develop, and support Family Members to reach their full potential.
• Achieve restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety and workplace safety, maintaining brand standards.
