Revel, adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join their team. The role oversees daily operations, ensures exceptional service, and maintains high standards across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operational Management-Assist in managing day to day restaurant operations.
• Staff Supervision-Assist in hiring, training and management restaurant staff.
• Customer Service-Ensure excellent customer service and address any complaints and feedback as necessary.
• Marketing and Promotion-work with Marketing team to support promotional items. Generate ideas to increase revenue.
• Compliance and Safety-Maintain a safe working environment for employees and guests.
