Job summary

Lettuce Entertain You is hiring a Restaurant Manager for Beatrix locations. You will oversee daily restaurant operations and lead service with front of house teams to deliver a high-quality guest experience. The role requires at least 2 years of management in a high-volume setting and strong leadership. Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Ability to lead service alongside front of house teams.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts and direct daily restaurant operations.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and oversee line, temperature and cooler checks; manage closing duties including safelock and labor review.
• Organize and supervise daily opening/closing shifts for a smooth guest and employee experience.
• Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams while upholding our Culture of Caring.
• Respond promptly to guest and employee needs and feedback to maintain service standards.
• Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and achieving financial goals.
