Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe, part of the Davidson Hospitality Group, seeks a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant team and deliver exceptional dining experiences against Lake Tahoe’s backdrop. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, monitor food quality, and drive guest satisfaction, while forecasting, scheduling and budgeting to maximize profitability.

This role requires 4 years in food and beverage, 6–12 months in management, strong English communication, and a passion

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in food and beverage.
• 6 months to 1 year in a management role.
• Able to schedule, forecast, and budget department.
• Wine knowledge is helpful.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and uphold high service standards.
• Train and develop a high-performing team to deliver memorable dining experiences.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency; adjust menus as needed.
• Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract guests and drive revenue.
• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize profitability while ensuring health and safety compliance.
