Job summary

Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume Springdale restaurant, guiding daily operations and fostering teamwork to deliver great food and service. You will manage performance across sales, labor, and costs while ensuring safety and brand standards.

You will lead a team, mentor employees, and partner with senior leaders to drive improvements and career growth within the Whataburger organization.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Be able to meet business needs with open availability including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach, develop, and support Family Members to reach their potential.
• Be responsible for achieving restaurant goals across sales, labor, food cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety and workplace safety standards are upheld.
