Fricker’s USA, LLC is seeking a seasoned restaurant manager to lead a fast‑casual team in Ohio. You will motivate, train, coach, and counsel staff while delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving profitable operations.

Work includes implementing Fricker’s brand principles, maintaining safety standards, and managing scheduling, staffing, and costs. A $1000 signing bonus is offered after 90 days, plus monthly bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual setting.
• Steady employment history with at least 2 professional references.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with a customer/service focus.

• Driving positive sales growth.
