Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager- JJ to lead a team in a fast-paced major retail setting, driving guest experiences and store performance.

You will hire, train, and coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory systems, and partner with store leadership to ensure smooth operations as the brand grows nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling applications and inventory management systems.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
• A passion for serving guests and elevating their day
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• A track record of delivering results and building strong teams

• Strong systems proficiency, specifically with scheduling applications and inventory/invoice management platforms; experience with Crunchtime, HotSchedules, or similar workforce and back-office systems strongly preferred.
