Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team inside a major national retail setting. You will drive sales, manage costs, and uphold high standards while fostering a welcoming, hospitality-focused culture.

We’re looking for leaders ready to grow with a brand expanding nationwide, and to deliver warm, fast experiences that brighten guests' days every visit.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
• A passion for serving guests and elevating their day
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• A track record of delivering results and building strong teams

• Strong systems proficiency, specifically with scheduling applications and inventory/invoice management platforms; experience with Crunchtime, HotSchedules, or similar workforce and back-office systems strongly preferred.
