Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience, preferably at Domino’s.
• Must be 18+ with background check and drug screening.
• Able to multitask, work independently or in a team, and maintain quality under pressure.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve high standards and 5 Star Status.
• Monitor daily sales, food costs, and labor; adjust as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Train team members effectively.
• Establish and maintain high customer service levels.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Safeguard cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines.
• Operate restaurant equipment and manage inventory from delivery to storage.
