Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• High school graduate; college/culinary degree preferred.
• 3–5 years restaurant mgmt. experience, with min. 2 years as GM.
• Proficient on Aloha POS and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and guest services skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe and learn day-to-day management of team members and shift leaders.
• Lead by example and ensure company standards for service, cleanliness, and accuracy.
• Manage scheduling and payroll, verify hours, and maintain employee files.
• Conduct team member training and onboarding.
• Inventory, ordering, and outside shopping; oversee deposits and cash handling.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure regular attendance and adherence to policies.
