Farm & Craft Scottsdale is currently looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team! This position will report to the General Manager of the location.

We're searching for a candidate who can:

  1. Supervise and coordinate front-of-house activities to ensure efficient and timely service.
  2. Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and customer satisfaction by regularly inspecting dining areas, monitoring guest feedback, and addressing any issues promptly.
  3. Train, mentor, and motivate front-of-house staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards, follow operating procedures, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  4. Assist with scheduling and assigning shifts for FOH personnel, balancing workload and optimizing labor efficiency.
  5. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to maximize restaurant capacity and ensure optimal guest flow.
  6. Monitor and control restaurant costs by minimizing waste, implementing cost-saving measures, and conducting regular inventory audits.
  7. Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and sales initiatives to drive revenue and attract new customers.
  8. Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
  9. Respond promptly and effectively to customer concerns or complaints regarding service, food quality, or overall dining experience.
  10. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
  11. Adhere to all brand policies, procedures, and standards.
  12. Work as a team player and actively contribute to the success of the restaurant.
  13. Other supportive functions as determined by the supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
  2. 1-3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced, upscale dining establishment.
  3. Proven track record of managing front-of-house operations, leading a team, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  4. Strong knowledge of food and beverage service, including wine and cocktail selections.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and management.
  6. Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
  8. Proficiency in using restaurant POS systems and other business software.
  9. Must be fluent in English language – bilingual preferred (Spanish).
  10. Must have reliable transportation.
  11. Current Food Manager and Alcohol Certification (Title 4 Basic & Title 4 Management).
