Calhoun's Restaurant is seeking a Manager to join one of their Gatlinburg locations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Establish Guest Service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example.
  2. Respond to Guest complaints and resolve them to ensure Guest return and satisfaction.
  3. Assist the Management Team with recruiting, training, and developing FOH/BOH staff committed to delivering high hospitality standards.
  4. Help execute plans to improve guest experience and increase loyalty.
  5. Support achieving targeted budgets, goals, and objectives.
  6. Participate in community involvement and marketing initiatives.
  7. Ensure profitability by managing costs within guidelines without compromising quality and service.
  8. Control expenses such as utilities and small-wares to minimize costs without affecting operations.
  9. Promote safety awareness and action regarding hazards.
  10. Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily restaurant paperwork, including payroll, purchase orders, and deposits.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining, or Fine Dining.
  • Strong leadership with a positive attitude and passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
