A growing, privately owned restaurant group in Fishers, IN is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its leadership team on the floor and drive consistent execution. This hands-on role focuses on hospitality, staff development, and operating standards within a high-volume setting.

The position includes 6–8 weeks of paid, out-of-market training with housing and travel support, plus a pathway to advance within the growing group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience with upscale casual, polished casual, or full‑service concepts.
• Experience in a high‑volume restaurant environment.
• Scratch‑kitchen experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support day‑to‑day restaurant operations in a high‑volume environment.
• Maintain strong standards for hospitality, food quality, cleanliness, and overall execution.
• Coach, train, and develop hourly team members.
• Provide consistent floor leadership and respond quickly to operational needs.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between front‑ and back‑of‑house teams.
• Monitor labor, sales, and other key operating metrics during assigned shifts.
• Support scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost‑control processes.
• Identify and resolve guest concerns while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
• Execute company systems, procedures, and operating standards consistently.
• Help create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a hands‑on restaurant leader who enjoys being on the floor, developing people, and driving consistent execution. This position requires 6–8 weeks of paid, out-of-market training. Candidates must be able to commit to the full training period. Housing and travel support will be provided.

• Comfortable working within a structured, systems‑oriented operation
• Strong floor presence and a hands‑on leadership style

• Ability to complete 6–8 weeks of out-of-market training
