The Hotel Hershey, a luxury resort in Hershey, PA, seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all meal periods in the Circular, reporting to the Director of Restaurants. You will oversee staff, service flow, and guest satisfaction in a Forbes-rated restaurant.
Required: high school diploma or GED, at least 5 years in Food & Beverage with 4+ years in supervision; ServSafe Allergen/Manager and RAMP certifications.

This position is responsible for overseeing the management and administration of food and beverage operations of all meal periods in the Circular to include breakfast, lunch, Sunday brunch, and dinner in a Forbes rated restaurant. This position will report directly to the Director of Restaurants with The Hotel Hershey.
