Job Details

Description

  • Coach, develop, and lead by example
  • Ensure staff is properly equipped with the tools to complete their tasks
  • Touch tables to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business
  • Create an environment of trust and mutual respect
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, guest service, and cost control
  • Manage staffing levels and controllable costs in line with budgets
  • Ensure successful execution of private events, catering, and banquets
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures
  • Keep equipment clean and in good working condition
  • Complete nightly logs and reports
  • Manage the full life cycle of team members including hiring, training, coaching, and termination
  • Provide guests with accurate menu, pricing, and allergen information
  • Respond to guest concerns and resolve complaints positively
  • Understand and adhere to company policies and safety regulations
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • Ensure proper checkout procedures
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • 21+ years of age
  • Minimum two years related experience
  • Proficiency in Windows MS Office, Open Table, Outlook
  • Knowledge of profitability analysis, budgeting, cost controls, POS systems
  • Understanding of liquor, labor, and health laws
  • Guest relations skills and safety awareness
  • Effective communication skills in English

Working Conditions

  • Indoor and outdoor work, exposed to varying environments
  • Fast-paced, high-volume restaurant setting
  • Varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Use hands for handling objects and controls
  • Reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
