Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Restaurant & Operations Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and guest experience.

You will develop and lead hourly team members, recruit and coach staff, and live our core values while coordinating with the management team to achieve high-quality, timely results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

Must be 21+ years old.
2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience.
Proficient in managing cost of goods sold and labor.
Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
Shows true leadership capabilities.
Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions.

THE RESTAURANT & OPERATIONS MANAGER

provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Requirements

21+ years of age
2+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
