Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team inside a major national retail setting, driving guest experiences and daily operations. You’ll hire and coach staff, manage costs, and uphold high hospitality standards across locations. This role offers growth, stability, and purpose in a fast-expanding brand.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments
• A passion for serving guests and elevating their day
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• A track record of delivering results and building strong teams

• Strong systems proficiency, specifically with scheduling applications and inventory/invoice management platforms; experience with Crunchtime, HotSchedules, or similar workforce and back-office systems strongly preferred.
