Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead a team in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage costs, and uphold standards while building a people-first culture that delivers warm, friendly experiences.

You will supervise operations, train staff, and partner with store leadership to ensure smooth daily activity as the brand expands nationwide.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• A passion for serving guests and elevating their day.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• A track record of delivering results and building strong teams.
• A desire to grow with a company that’s growing with you.
• Strong systems proficiency, specifically scheduling apps and inventory/invoice management platforms; experience with Crunchtime, HotSchedules, or similar is preferred.
