Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company in New York is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team inside a major national retail setting, delivering warm, fast guest experiences and building a welcoming environment. You’ll hire, train, coach, and develop team members while driving sales, controlling costs, and upholding high standards.

This role offers growth, stability, and purpose as the brand expands across the country.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading people in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience with scheduling applications and inventory/invoice management platforms; Crunchtime/HotSchedules preferred.
