• Manages and makes adjustments to labor on a shift-to-shift basis.
• Achieves budgeted sales and profit goals.
• Maintaining operational excellence.
• Ensuring that all laws, regulations, and guidelines are being followed.
• Creating a restaurant atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy.
• Various other tasks as needed.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all hourly positions, providing leadership and ensuring the consistent execution of our quality standards, operating systems, procedures, philosophies, and culture.
