Job summary

bartaco is seeking a Manager to lead a high-energy team and champion our guest-obsessed culture. You’ll model our touchstones, guide daily operations, and coach staff to deliver exceptional hospitality across shifts.

In this role, you’ll hire and develop hourly team members, manage schedules, and collaborate with culinary and bar teams to uphold bartaco’s standards. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
