Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring Legendary Food and Legendary Service are maintained at all times. If you are an experienced Restaurant Manager passionate about guest service and kitchen operations, apply today!

Responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager

• Manage hourly employees, including performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Review applications, interview, and make hiring recommendations for hourly staff.
• Direct work schedules, assign tasks, and set hours for staff before, during, and after restaurant hours.
• Drive sales, ensure steps of service, and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Provide, direct, and schedule training for Front of House and Back of House teams.
• Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures.
• Conduct formal Taste & Temps line checks.
• Enforce security measures to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs through weekly inventory.
• Practice safe food handling procedures.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and operational goals.
