Job summary

Cracker Barrel is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to lead guest and employee experiences while driving business results. You’ll oversee front- and back-of-house operations and motivate a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

With 24/7 home office support, you’ll have the tools and guidance to succeed. Expect a demanding yet rewarding role that values warmth, hospitality, and exceptional service across all shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.
• Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts).
• Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed.
• A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be fluent in English.
