Cracker Barrel in Joliet, IL is seeking a Restaurant Associate Manager to blend people skills with restaurant leadership, delivering exceptional guest and employee experiences while driving business results. You will lead front- and back-of-house operations, manage a 50-hour work week (five 10-hour shifts), and receive strong support from home office to help you succeed in a hospitality-first environment.

• 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience.

• Must be fluent in English.

The base salary range for this position is $60K-$70K and will be paid hourly through the 7-week training period. The position is eligible for quarterly bonuses and incentives. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.

Pay Range: $19.23 - $23.53
