Job summary

Hardee's is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced crew and ensure top-quality service. You will drive sales growth, maintain standards, and train staff to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will supervise operations, coordinate training, manage inventory and payroll, and handle HR matters while maintaining facilities and equipment. This position requires flexibility to work all shifts and weekends.
