Job summary

Hardee's is looking for a Shift Manager to lead a team at one of our 14 locations in South Central PA and Western MD, ensuring top-quality customer service and profitability.

You will supervise shifts, assist with staff training, manage payroll and inventory, and maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance while fostering positive relations between management and crew.
