Job summary

LongHorn Steakhouse is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service and a premium dining experience. You will guide daily operations, uphold standards, and drive performance across the restaurant.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to recognize and reward top performers while maintaining LongHorn’s trusted culture.
