LongHorn Steakhouse in Rock Hill, SC seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team and deliver the ultimate steakhouse guest experience. Pay will be variable by location; benefits and opportunities to grow are highlighted below.

The Manager will mentor service and culinary staff, set expectations, and drive a performance-focused culture to meet brand standards daily.

• Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution.
• Stable working history which demonstrates upward career progress.
• Current, salaried management experience is preferred.
