Job summary

LongHorn Steakhouse in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the team and sustain our legendary service. You will guide the service and culinary teams, set clear expectations, and drive a culture of excellence that delivers the ultimate dining experience for every guest.

This role emphasizes developing people, strong communication, and a track record of upward career progress. Salaried management experience is preferred, and compensation is location-dependent with benefits
