Position Overview

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll support the General Manager and Ownership Team in overseeing daily operations, guiding team members, and ensuring every guest receives the warm, welcoming experience Culver’s is known for. You’ll help maintain high standards, coach younger staff, and keep the restaurant running smoothly and efficiently.
